Shalaka is a co-founder of Inter Connect Technologies and comes with an experience of 3 years on the Automatic Fare Collection System for Mumbai Suburban Railways and BEST Buses.

She spearheaded the MIS development work; and also played a key role in software development, configuration management, documentation and process implementation.

With rich experience in MIS and software development, she heads the software development team at interconnect, and contributes towards business requirement analysis and system design.

She also acts as a front end designer of the company, and looks after the software user interfaces, product brochures, documents and web publications.

Shalaka is a graduate in Computer Science with post graduate diploma in Software Technology from C-DAC.

Anil Mane is a co-founder of Inter Connect Technologies and a seed for the new ideas in the company. With a career of more than 10 years, he gets with himself the varied technology and the business relations which he has developed over the years.

Anil is the Head for Backend Operations for the on-going MASS Transit Project for Mumbai suburban Rail and BEST Buses. He has been involved in critical projects for many MNCs.

He is a graduate in Computer Applications with an Industrial Electronics Diploma. He has to his credit many certifications for the major high end systems like Solaris, Cisco and many more.

Satish Goriani is a co-founder and technology think tank of the company. With a career spanning turn key projects, design, development and execution of projects, Satish brings with him expertise and quality consciousness.

Satish is the Chief Technology Officer for the on-going MASS Transit Project. He is a thorough entrepreneur and has stakes in many companies. He was also a key consultant for the Automation Project for major oil companies. He started his career with i-Flex Solutions.

As a part of Automation project, he was involved in design and development of the entire system which involved integration of the existing infrastructure with the automation software developed by the team headed by him. Being in iFlex he led the project for FLEXCUBE implementation for Singapore.

Satish is a double degree Mechanical Engineer with a diploma in Computer Applications (C-DAC).

Sudeep Murumkar is the co-founder of Inter Connect Technologies and comes with a rich prior experience of about 7 years before joining the Inter Connect team. He is head software development for the much awaited on going MASS Transit Project using smart cards (Automatic Fare Collection) for Mumbai Suburban Railways and BEST Buses. Prior to this he was associated with MITs Common Electronic Purse System project. He started his career with Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay as a core team member for ‘IDRBT and IIT’ Bombay partnered R & D project for Java based smart cards. He was also a core member-technology group in Distance Education Project using VSAT.

As a part for CEPS project, he was responsible for the bringing out all the standards for smart cards associated with the electronic purse and testing their feasibility for use. He was also responsible for detailing and executing the visionary projects using the common purse.

During his IIT time, he was a founder member for the technology setup and project co-ordination for the Distance Education Program using high end VSAT technology. DEP now provides online audio-video lectures wherein students can conference live with the faculties of IIT Bombay.

He has obtained his Masters in Computer Application. He is a graduate in statistics with a Diploma in Advanced Computers (C-DAC).

Sudeep brings with him tremendous team work and passion for using new technology trends with leadership skills to create innovative ideas.
